  1. Might taste good, I would hope so, for the prices. Yet I miss the $1 shrimp cocktails in the California Casino, Downtown. Of course that was my earliest days of being there, early 1970's…lol But I could go to my local market and get about a pound of those pre-cooked shrimp, for about ten dollars, and a just couple for the cocktail sauce. Oh well, I am an economist. Or, straight up cheapazoid…lol, agin

  2. There are only a couple of things I would eat on the Hell's Kitchen menu. It's too pricey for my pocketbook. I can go to one of my favorite restaurants in Houston and get a fresh garden salad with choice of salad dressing; lightly breaded, large, succulent fried shrimp (6) with homemade tarter, cocktail, or roumeloude sauce; a baked potato (loaded or plain) or fancy green beans; and fresh homemade dinner rolls. The salad is part of the meal and the dinner rolls are complimentary. I can get all of that for $18 and it's melt in your mouth delicious. I think it's a great deal.

  3. IT'S NOT REAL WAGU BEEF!! The USDA has never approved it for importation, because of the slaughtering methods used in Japan!! generally what they call wagu beef here is a distant cousin to the real wagu beef in japan!! If you want the real thing you're going to have to go to Japan!!

  4. I've been inside a couple of times and the two kitchen set-up is similar to the show with teams of red and blue producing the meals. I saw Christina (I can't remember which season she won) running around making sure everything was running smoothly. The staff I interacted with were all efficient, friendly and professional. If you are in town, stop by for a meal.

  5. Really enjoyed the menu run down video. Would love for you to make more like this of the high end places around Vegas. Then maybe a follow up review video after you eat there. Thanks for the great stuff,

  6. Guy is a ass and diva. Totally dropped the ball at Caesars 50th anniversary affair last year. His catering at the pool party Friday night was terrible. But whomever did the main dinner Saturday night did really well. It was delicious and well presented.

  7. Actually, I think the price is REALLY GOOD. I've eaten at a similarly priced restaurant that was MEDIOCRE. I rather pay the same price to be in one of the world's top chef restaurant and enjoy much better quality and taste.
