🦛 Peppermint Hippo Las Vegas

🤩 Hi everybody, I’m Brian Pfeiffer with https://www.bachelorvegas.com/. I’m standing in front of the new gentlemen’s club in Sin City, Peppermint Hippo in Las Vegas, the newest one in 2022. This used to be the spot of the old OG (Olympic Gardens).

One of the things that made OG famous was that they had both male and female strip clubs in the same building – the males were upstairs, and the females were downstairs. For now, Peppermint Hippo will only be a female strip club, but my guess is that at some point, they will renovate the upstairs, and maybe we’ll see a male strip club. Currently, there is only one male strip club in town – “Kings of Hustler.” There used to be the “Men of Sapphire” and the “Men of Vegas,” but neither of those came back since Covid, so I would not be surprised if there is some new competition down the road for “Kings of Hustler.”

🥳 So let’s talk about why Peppermint Hippo is a great strip club and why you should check it out. One of the many things I like about this place is that they have their own party buses and a nice fleet of Escalades. I have sent groups here almost every weekend since they opened on April 2nd. I have been impressed with their timely pickup service.

🍾 Another plus is that Peppermint Hippo is open 24 hours, which is pretty cool! As you can see behind me, it’s not busy now; it’s about 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday; prime time for strip clubs in Vegas is 10 PM until 5-6:00 AM. Some other strip clubs have gone to 24 hours, and some are open until 6 AM during the week, but most of the time, you will find your best quality dancer-tainers at every strip club in town between 10 PM and 4 AM. The girls are independent contractors, so they have to pay the strip club a “house fee” to work there, which they will want to recoup, so they want to work during the prime hours. The house fee is higher during prime hours, especially on the weekends, because there are more people here. Let’s say the house fee is $100, which means the girls are already in the hole $100 as soon as they walk in the door, so the first $100 they make is a wash.

Peppermint Hippo is a fairly large franchise. They have other locations in Akron, Ohio; Reno, Nevada; Neenah, Wisconsin; and Little Rock, Arkansas. At first, I thought they might be copying off the Spearmint Rhino name, but that is not the case; they are a well-established business. Another cool thing is that they can fly in some girls from their other properties to Vegas on the weekends, which means you will see some new faces here that you might not see at other strip joints in town. A lot of the dancers work at multiple gentlemen’s clubs in town.
